RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that it was received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be authorized before being sent. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

If you wish to return an item for reasons other than a product defect, damage, or an incorrect item received, a fixed Return Processing & Shipping Fee of $17.97 USD will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee is non-refundable.

Customers are also responsible for all costs associated with shipping the item back to the authorized return location.

Approved returns must be shipped to our authorized return processing facility located in Mexico. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after the return request has been approved.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong item.

Claims for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

PURCHASES MADE IN ERROR

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected product meets their needs before placing an order.

We are not responsible for purchases made in error or for compatibility issues when product specifications, dimensions, descriptions, images, videos, or compatibility information are clearly provided on the product page.

Product images and videos are provided for demonstration purposes. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product information prior to purchase.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

Returned items must be received in their original condition.

Returns may be rejected or partially refunded if the product shows signs of:

• Use or installation

• Physical damage

• Missing parts or accessories

• Altered, damaged, or incomplete packaging

• Excessive wear beyond normal inspection

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Gift cards

• Clearance or final-sale items

• Perishable goods

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
