ORDER PROCESSING
Due to high demand, orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Processing times may occasionally be extended during holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume.
DELIVERY TIMES
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location and local carrier operations.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING DELAYS

BlazeMotors is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside of our reasonable control. However, we will gladly assist customers in tracking and resolving shipping issues whenever possible.
ORDER TRACKING
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow a short period of time for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system after shipment.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned or cannot be delivered, additional shipping fees may apply before a replacement shipment can be arranged.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If your package appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
For packages that are confirmed lost by the carrier, or that have not been delivered after the investigation period has concluded, we will work with the customer to determine an appropriate resolution.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT FEES
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their local authorities, if applicable.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside of our control.
